Size of poster/poster board
Poster boards are approximately 1m wide x 2m high. Recommended poster size 90 cm (36 inches) wide x 150 cm (59 inches) high. Posters are in Portrait format (see illustration). Velcro tape for posting your poster to the board will be provided. |

Poster Set-up
Wednesday, 7 December 2022 by 8:30.
The posters will be accessible throughout the symposium on all days. Please feel free to invite any potential viewer to your poster at any time during the symposium.
Poster Take-down
Friday, 9th December 2022, by 15:30.
Important Note
Posters that have not been removed by 15:30 will be taken down by the organizers and the organizers do not assume any responsibility for any lost posters.

P14-27: 16:50-17:30
P28-40: 17:30-18:10
Poster Prizes
There will be poster prizes for the best posters. It is important for the reviewing process that you are available at your poster during the specified poster sessions for discussion, interaction and evaluation by the judges. Posters presenters who are not present during the poster judging at their poster will not qualify for the poster prize.
