You will have the opportunity to register for a pre-symposium workshop held on the 11 Nov (full day) and 12 Nov (until lunch). Travel Awards and Best Poster Prizes
The best selected oral presentations will be awarded a Travel Fellowship of $ 1,500 each. The best poster presentations will be awarded a cash prize of $ 300 each. The travel fellowships and the poster prizes are intended for early-career researchers. Selection of the awardees is at the discretion of SCSS.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations may be considered until 10th October 2025. Notification of cancellation must be submitted to SCSS in writing. A cancellation fee of $50 will apply to cancellations received by 10th October 2025. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after 11th October 2025.
