Presentation of posters will be during the poster session as specified in the programme booklet.
Poster judging schedule:
P1-13: 16:35-17:15
P14-27: 17:15-17:50
P28-40: 17:50-18:30
Poster Prizes
There will be poster prizes for the best posters. It is important for the reviewing process that you are available at your poster during the specified poster sessions for discussion, interaction and evaluation by the judges. Posters presenters who are not present during the poster judging at their poster will not qualify for the poster prize.

Clare has been working in clinical operations and project management for 20 years. As the Director of Global Clinical Operations at Tessa Therapeutics, Clare is managing global cell therapy studies, focusing on EBVSTs and CAR-T treatments in oncology disease across US, APAC and EU. Prior to joining Tessa, Clare headed the Asia Pacific Early Clinical Development team in Labcorp to run Early Phase Immuno-Oncology, Rare Diseases and Epidemiology studies. She established alliance partnership with the key centres in the region and drive efficient clinical trial executions. Clare was also leading and growing the clinical operations team in Southeast Asia region during the earlier part of her career at PPD.

The objective of these fellowships is to support students with no access to financial resources to attend the SCSS – ISCT Joint Symposium 2019. The two programmes are supported and managed by the Stem Cell Society Singapore.
Candidates will be selected solely on the discretion of the SCSS and the selection will be based on the scientific merit of the abstract submitted as well as the demonstration of the financial need for support. The payment of the fellowship will be on a reimbursement basis after the symposium.

- Trainee Fellowship (TF20) will support SCSS Trainee members located in Singapore to attend the SCSS – ISCT Joint Symposium 2020. This fellowship covers a contribution to the registration fees inclusive of membership fees to SCSS and ISCT.
- Trainee Travel Fellowship (TTF19) will support SCSS overseas Trainees members to attend the SCSS – ISCT Joint Symposium 2019. This fellowship includes a contribution to travel and accommodation cost as well as the registration fees inclusive of membership fees to SCSS and ISCT.

- Cover letter stating how you will benefit from attending the Symposium. This letter also needs to clearly explain your financial need for funding.
