Size of poster/poster board
Poster boards are approximately 1m wide x 2m high. Recommended poster size 90 cm (36 inches) wide x 150 cm (59 inches) high. Posters are in Portrait format (see illustration). Velcro tape for placing your poster to the board will be provided. |

Poster Awards
Poster prizes will be awarded to the most outstanding posters at the symposium. Judges will be walking around throughout the meeting and will visit the poster presenters during the dedicated poster session for personal assessment. Presence at the poster for discussion during the poster session is one of the assessment criteria and therefore mandatory to be considered for an award. Prizes will be announced and handed over on Friday, 14th November after the last session of the day (see programme). The poster awards are intended for early-career researchers.

Poster presenters are responsible for removing their posters upon completion of their presentation time. Any posters not removed at the end of the session will be discarded.
