Session I: 16:45-17:30 (odd numbers)
Session II: 17:30-18:15 (even numbers)
Day 2: 12 Dec 24 (Thu)
Time: 17:15-18:45
Session III: 17:15-18:00 (odd numbers)
Session VI: 18:00-18:45 (even numbers)

Size of poster/poster board
Poster boards are approximately 1m wide x 2m high. Recommended poster size 90 cm (36 inches) wide x 150 cm (59 inches) high. Posters are in Portrait format (see illustration). Velcro tape for placing your poster to the board will be provided. |

Poster Set-up & Poster Take-down
Session I & II:
Set up: 14:20 - 14:50 on the 11 December
Take down: 18:30 on the 11 December
Session III &IV:
Set-up: 15:20 - 15:40 on the 12th December
Take down: 18:45 on the 12th December
Poster presenters are responsible for removing their posters upon completion of their presentation time. Any posters not removed at the end of the session will be discarded.
Session I & II:
Set up: 14:20 - 14:50 on the 11 December
Take down: 18:30 on the 11 December
Session III &IV:
Set-up: 15:20 - 15:40 on the 12th December
Take down: 18:45 on the 12th December
