Notice of the Annual General Meeting 2024 of the Stem
Cell Society (Singapore)
To: All Members of the Stem Cell Society Singapore
The Secretary does hereby serve Notice of the Annual General Meeting 2024 (AGM 2024) of the Stem Cell Society Singapore.
The AGM shall take place on:

Any member who
wishes to place an item on the agenda of a General Meeting may do so, provided
they give notice one week before the meeting is due to be held. Items may be
added to the agenda until 7th April 2025.
At the AGM 2024, the Executive Committee
(ExCo) comprising up to fifteen members (including six office bearers) will be
elected. We would like to invite nominations for ExCo representatives from
members. Nomination forms must be submitted to the Society by 7th April 2025. To be
eligible to run for office, nominees must be Ordinary members and at least 21
years old. Nomination forms are available on request from the secretariat.
